This privacy policy explains how NeatSoft ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Purrfect Spots mobile application ("the App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve your experience:

• Account information — email address and display name, if you sign in with Google or email/password. If you use the App anonymously, no personal identifiers are collected.
• Game progress — username, avatar selection, stars earned, levels completed, and undo usage.
• Purchase records — whether you hold an active premium subscription (processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we do not receive or store payment details).
• Device & usage data — advertising identifiers and basic analytics collected automatically by our third-party services (see Section 3).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account and save your game progress across devices.
• To manage your premium subscription status and restore purchases.
• To serve advertisements (if you are not a premium subscriber).
• To improve the App through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Firebase Authentication — handles sign-in via Google, email/password, and anonymous accounts. Firebase Privacy
• Cloud Firestore — stores your user profile and game progress on Google Cloud servers. Google Cloud Privacy
• Google AdMob — serves interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Play / Apple App Store — process in-app purchases and subscriptions.

4. Advertising & Tracking

The App displays ads through Google AdMob, which may use device advertising identifiers and cookies to serve personalized or contextual ads. AdMob may collect device information, IP address, and interaction data in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

Ads are not shown to users who hold an active premium subscription. You may also earn ad-free periods by watching rewarded ads. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers a monthly premium subscription (currently €2.99/month) that provides unlimited undos and removes all advertisements. Subscriptions are processed and billed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or other payment information.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App's settings. Upon deletion:

• Your user profile, game progress, and any stored personal information are permanently removed from our servers.
• Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled; you must cancel separately through Google Play or the App Store.

7. Children's Privacy

Purrfect Spots is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure, which employs industry-standard encryption and security measures. While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website, and the effective date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
